Media commentator Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after stumbling upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first starring role on TV. We’re 6 episodes in but much of it is still awkward, the writing is its own worst enemy. Unfortunately the writers have made all the characters seem like complete idiots who make decisions that just aren’t realistic, from the main characters making decisions no sane person would ever make to the police and FBI all doing things that would never happen in real life because they would all get fired to all the supporting roles, it really hurts the story as a whole. It’s like watching one of those horror movies where the characters all decide to split up because they don’t want to work together even though there’s an ax wielding maniac somewhere. I like the premise of the story and the acting, while not great, is okay, but the writing is just awful. I’m really struggling to finish it.
